Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician IIIWinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Fairlawn Estates at the T, a 347-unit affordable community located in Mattapan, MA.In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. You will also lead and train other maintenance technicians on the team.The pay range for this position is $26.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
