As Area Vice President, the individual who will succeed in increasing the strategic relevance of the company and share of all practice lines within the area will have: Experience in the AV, IT, Telecom or technology environment Experience building and managing successful sales teams while obtaining growth in target markets Strong Financial and P&L Management experience Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct others, while making sound business and administrative decisions Results-oriented mentality with excellence communication skills A college graduate is preferred with emphasis in Business Administration or Marketing and at least 10+ years of relevant experience.
