My Gym Childrens Fitness Wellesley MA
Love teaching kids to move Get paid to coach tumbling sports skills and fitness to kids who cant wait to see you every week. Experience coaching or teaching is a plus and we fully train you on the My Gym program.
Were hiring part-time coaches to lead structured fitness and gymnastics classes for kids ages 6 weeks10 years building strength coordination and confidence one class at a time.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Lead age-based classes with tumbling gymnastics basics obstacle courses sports skills games and music
- Teach and spot foundational skills safely from rolls and cartwheels to balance beam and bars
- Track progress and celebrate milestones with kids and parents
- Build real relationships with the families who come back every week
- Help run camps and special events
PAY & SCHEDULE
- 2022/hr
- 1030 hrs/week varying by season
- Year-round position not seasonal
- Weekday afternoon and weekend classes. Every coach works at least one weekend shift.
- Paid weekly team huddle on Fridays to plan classes and stay in sync with your crew
- Works well alongside a teaching job college classes or other coaching

Great for PE and classroom teachers gymnastics and cheer coaches youth sports coaches physical education and kinesiology students former gymnasts and dancers and anyone who loves helping kids get active. Experience in coaching teaching gymnastics dance or youth sports is a plus.
