Our organization’s Department of Family Medicine is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our team at the Premier Healthcare Center located in Elmont, NY . The Department of Family Medicine was officially established in April 2011. It includes four residency programs situated at Glen Cove Hospital, Plainview Hospital, Peconic Bay Medical Center, and Phelps Memorial. Our residents receive training at various community health centers and sites, supported by nearly 500 family medicine physicians who provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as in administrative and academic capacities, catering to patients of all ages throughout the health continuum.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125K to $750K.
• Compensation is influenced by various factors, including specialty, experience level, quality of care, academic achievements, patient satisfaction, and productivity.
