Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of ER experience
• Active Illinois/IL License
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• American Heart Association ACLS Certification
• American Heart Association PALS Certification
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Emergency Room)
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed with dates employed listed

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery.
• Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimum care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
• Participate in continuous professional development and education.

Compliance / Notes:

Required: 4 Saturday and Sundays within an 8-week schedule.
