Atlanta, GA | In-Office | $80,000–$95,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager to manage and grow a book of business while delivering a high level of service to employer clients. This position is responsible for client relationships, renewals, benefits administration, employee communications, compliance support, and ongoing account management.

This is an excellent opportunity for an employee benefits professional who enjoys developing long-term client relationships and taking ownership of the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, service, retain, and support the growth of an assigned book of employee benefits clients.

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide proactive guidance and support.

• Manage renewals, new-client implementations, and ongoing account service.

• Review renewal proposals, assist with rate negotiations, and prepare client documentation.

• Develop employee benefits communications and conduct employee enrollment meetings.

• Explain benefit plans and coverage information clearly to clients and employees.

• Assist clients with employee benefits compliance matters, including ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA .

• Analyze utilization reports, carrier reports, and claims data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Review contracts, plan documents, and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) for accuracy and compliance.

• Resolve client questions and service issues promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate implementation and onboarding for new clients and additional benefit offerings.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Resident Life & Health Insurance License required.

• 3–5+ years of employee benefits client support/account management experience.

• Strong knowledge of employee benefit plans, industry practices, and applicable regulations.

• Excellent client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, renewals, and deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation & Location

Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000
Bonus: Eligible for additional bonus compensation
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: In-office
