Project Manager

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale low-voltage construction and data center projects from initiation through completion. This individual will own all aspects of project delivery, including financial performance, staffing, customer relationships, scheduling, safety, quality, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structured cabling, low-voltage systems, telecommunications, or data center construction. Candidates without cabling experience may be considered if they bring significant construction project management experience and a proven track record managing large-scale projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own project execution from kickoff through customer turnover.
• Manage project budgets, P&L, forecasting, backlog, scheduling, and profitability.
• Lead and develop project teams, including field personnel, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee project quality, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
• Review financial reporting, job costs, invoicing, and collections.
• Support bid processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Coordinate resources and workload to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction, telecommunications, low-voltage, or related technical environments.
• Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $20M+ (projects may range from $15M-$40M+).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and field operations.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Structured cabling, low-voltage, or data center project experience.
• Experience supporting hyperscale, colocation, greenfield, retrofit, or mission-critical construction projects.
• PMP and/or RCDD certification.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional Notes
• Local role with regular presence at project sites in the Social Circle, GA area.
• Limited travel within the region as needed.
• Looking for a technically savvy PM who understands both construction operations and project finances and can successfully lead large teams while driving project performance.
