Role Description
LB Capital seeks a full-time In-House Counsel to join our team on-site in Philadelphia, PA. The In-House Counsel will oversee all legal matters, including compliance, corporate transactions, contract negotiations, and risk management. This role involves providing legal advice to senior leadership, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing intellectual property matters, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and liaising with external legal counsel. The ideal candidate will support LB Capital's business objectives by effectively managing legal risk and ensuring seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Review
- Knowledge of Corporate Law, Business Transactions, and Regulatory Compliance
- Expertise in Legal Risk Management and Mitigation
- Familiarity with Intellectual Property and Trademark Management
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
