About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic technology leader to serve as the Head of Technology. This executive will be responsible for driving innovation, operational excellence, and AI-enabled transformation within the organization. The role involves leading the strategic evolution of the company's technology ecosystem, overseeing software development, platform operations, data systems, AI initiatives, and technical support infrastructure. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and executing a multi-year technology roadmap that aligns with the company's growth, operational effectiveness, and customer experience goals. Key responsibilities include leading technology planning, setting development priorities, driving AI strategy, and partnering with various leadership teams to ensure that technology aligns with organizational and customer objectives. The ideal candidate for the Head of Technology position at the company will have a proven track record in scaling SaaS technology organizations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage people effectively in a high-growth environment. Experience in digital transformation, AI-driven operational improvement, and a background in overseeing software development, platform operations, technical support, and data systems in a complex organization are essential. The role requires a leader who can balance responsiveness and collaboration with clear prioritization and roadmap protection, and who is adept at coaching and developing team leaders to strengthen cross-functional alignment. The Head of Technology will also be expected to evaluate operational bottlenecks, improve accountability systems, and identify automation opportunities to support the company's mission of delivering innovative learning solutions.
