Sr EMI Engineering Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a Senior EMI Engineering Manager to lead electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing operations while providing technical leadership for complex engineering programs. This role combines hands-on EMI/EMC test execution with department management responsibilities, including project planning, resource coordination, customer interaction, process improvement, and team leadership.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience performing EMI/EMC testing in accordance with military standards and have a proven track record of leading engineering teams in a laboratory, testing, manufacturing, or technical environment.
