We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiter to be placed with one of Valatam's clients, a U.S.-based staffing agency. You'll manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, support temporary and temp-to-hire placements, maintain accurate ATS records, and achieve recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST (40 hours per week). Before applying, please carefully consider the time-zone difference. Based on PST (UTC−8), the schedule is:

• Honduras, Nicaragua and Guatemala: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Peru and Ecuador: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Venezuela: 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

Local hours may shift if the client observes Pacific Daylight Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and hiring processes.
• Maintain complete and accurate ATS records of all interactions and recruitment activities.
• Support temporary and temp-to-hire staffing initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including calls, submissions, placements, and turnover.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Use AI and recruitment technology to improve productivity and workflows.
• Support additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.
