Position Overview
We are seeking a pediatric occupational therapist who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and is motivated to keep learning and growing. Whether youre experienced or a new graduate, youll be supported by a team of OTs who collaborate, share ideas, and help each other succeed.

Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations of motor, sensory, and functional skills
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Use evidence-based interventions to support development and independence
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Provide caregiver education and home strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
Arkansas OT license (or eligibility)
Interest or experience in pediatrics
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A growth mindset and willingness to learn
Commitment to family-centered care
