Home Care Administrator

We are seeking a high‑level, detail‑driven, Home Care Coordinator to support our home‑care and concierge nursing agency. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem‑solving, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple clinical and administrative workflows simultaneously. You will work closely with office leadership to ensure smooth client intake, reliable caregiver scheduling, accurate documentation, and consistent continuity of care across multiple states. Core Responsibilities Client Intake, Referrals & Care Coordination Patient intake management from first contact through onboarding Professional call handling for referrals, follow‑ups, and new client inquiries Ensure clients are scheduled promptly with no delays in care Caregiver Recruitment, Scheduling & On‑Call Support Caregiver recruitment : sourcing, screening, credential verification Build and maintain an active roster of reliable caregivers and nursing staff Real‑time scheduling, shift adjustments, call‑out coverage, and continuity of care Manage caregiver assignments, reminders, confirmations, and communication Administrative & Clinical Support Insurance verification, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and billing support Maintain accurate, audit‑ready staff and client records Support mobile health, telehealth, and concierge care operations Coordinate PCP referrals, lab orders, results tracking, and secure record management Compliance & Quality Assurance Conduct background checks, license verification, and credential tracking Monitor EVV logs, visit documentation, and caregiver performance Ensure all workflows meet HIPAA, state, and agency compliance standards Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in home care, home health, medical office, or care coordination Strong scheduling and crisis‑management skills Ability to manage multiple caregivers, clients, and schedules simultaneously High reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail Tools & Systems Experience with the following is preferred: EMR/EHR platforms EVV systems Zoom, Microsoft Teams Virtual communication and scheduling tools Ideal Candidate Profile You are someone who: Thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment Can manage multiple schedules without errors Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and caregivers Is proactive, dependable, and able to anticipate needs Understands the urgency and sensitivity of home‑care operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Another Rose LLC
