Job Description

Responsible for patient triage, patient education, and assisting physicians in the assessment of patient needs and treatment plan(s).

Responsibilities

• Maintain chart documentation to ensure all information about patient is completed and documented correctly.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited nursing program. Experience: 2 years of clinical in a physician office. Certification: Current State RN license and CPR certification. Sign on bonus is for new hires only!
