Summary:
Responsible for the deep cleaning of a determined amount of guest rooms on a daily basis or assigned project.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- De-trash room.
- Strip beds.
- Flip mattresses and vacuum underneath.
- Pull furniture away from walls.
- Vacuum edges.
- Wipe down all walls, wallpaper and air conditioning vent.
- Wipe down case goods.
- Clean guest room window and mirrors.
- Remove burn marks from counter top in bathroom.
- Remove small burns from carpeting.
- Extract carpeting and drapes.
- Deep clean bathroom floor.
- Shampoo chairs and clean wood.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
