Job Responsibilities
- Manage NICU rounds and participate in high-risk deliveries.
- Provide outpatient care with clinics scheduled every Thursday.
- Be on-call 24/7 during assigned service weeks with 20-minute response time.
- Use Epic EMR for patient documentation and communication.

Qualifications
- Board certification required.
- Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS.
- Preferred expertise in various neonatal and pediatric procedures and technologies, including non-invasive ventilation, intubation, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Working Hours
- Typical in-house hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- On-call duties involve availability via pager and phone with a 20-minute response requirement.

Skills
- Expertise in neonatal care, including NICU levels II/III management.
- Proficiency in procedural skills such as intubation, ventilation management, and central line placements.
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills relevant to neonatal-perinatal medicine.
