Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education license (active or in-progress; must provide copy with resume)
• Minimum one year of classroom experience
• Ability to be an adaptable, collaborative team member
• Background in Special Education and transition services preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in job readiness and independent living skills to special education students ages 18-21
• Create engaging, supportive classroom and community-based learning experiences
• Develop and implement IEPs, Behavior Support Plans, and collect relevant student data
• Foster growth in students while working collaboratively with a dedicated team
• Maintain full-time, onsite presence (Monday–Friday, 8am-4pm)
