Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting CoordinatorLHH is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for one of our top clients in Hauppauge, NY. This person will be responsible for bringing top talent into the organization and will be working as part of a three-person Talent Acquisition team. Ideal candidates will have experience within client focus or deadline driven organizations and be comfortable operating independently. This role will allow someone to manage their own process. This position will pay from $22-28/hr.Responsibilities:Identify candidates through multiple resources and platformsSit with hiring managers to create job descriptions and identify appropriate candidatesScreen and schedule multiple candidates at onceAssist with conducting interviewsRequirements:At least one full year of talent acquisition support experienceWork experience in a client-based organizationFamiliar with creating job descriptionsExperience sourcing resumes from multiple platforms.Strong MS Outlook, Word and ExcelPay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hourSearch managed by: Matthew DomanBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
