THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE:

As our Pest Control Specialist - Service Manager, you'll be on duty Monday through Friday, with the added responsibility of a Saturday rotation. Your typical day involves leading, guiding, and mentoring your team, overseeing expense management, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Your role is paramount in ensuring that our customers receive nothing but the best pest control services and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry.

THE TYPE OF LEADER WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 years of experience as a pest control manager

3+ years in the pest control industry is a plus but not required.
