As an OTR Company Driver, you'll safely transport freight while providing dependable, on-time service to our customers. Our operation primarily consists of drop-and-hook freight , allowing you to maximize driving time with minimal live loading and unloading.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Class A commercial tractor-trailer in accordance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Transport freight efficiently while maintaining on-time pickup and delivery schedules.
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
• Complete and submit all required trip paperwork, electronic logs (ELDs), inspection reports, and delivery documentation accurately.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch regarding load status, delays, maintenance concerns, or route changes.
• Practice safe driving habits and maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the company.
• Secure freight as required and ensure cargo is transported safely.
• Operate primarily drop-and-hook loads with limited live loading and unloading.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) .
• Minimum 1 year of recent OTR driving experience (18 months preferred).
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Strong understanding of FMCSA and DOT safety regulations.
• Experience operating tractor-trailers safely in various weather and road conditions.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.
