Tax Manager

100% Remote (Central Time Zone STRONGLY preferred) PE Backed/Fast Paced Environment Responsible for leading the Company’s process for ensuring compliance with required tax regulations for the U.S. and Canada Ensure all tax returns are filed in a timely manner Partner with outside tax advisors and advise internal departments regarding tax guidance Includes, but not limited to oversight, compliance and tracking of: Federal, State, Local and Provincial taxes Additional exposure to: VAT, Property, Capital Accounts, Reserves, Transfer Pricing, etc. Support merger and acquisition activities Assist with preparation of quarterly tax provision, annual returns, and all other tax returns Be a trusted business partner to various stakeholders within Finance and Accounting and across the company Ad-hoc projects. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. CPA or equivalent required. 5 years of relative Tax experience required and will look at straight Big 4 or those with relative high growth healthcare industry experience Prior management experience, highly preferred.
