Senior Developer

Job Title This position is available in Jacksonville (preferred), Lewisville, and Charlotte. The duration is 12 months, and the work mode is Onsite. Office hours are flexible from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a requirement to support EST. Responsibilities Program and configure software to meet business needs. Identify and analyze business software needs under limited supervision. Write complex code to optimize the performance and efficiency of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure. Conduct testing to ensure programs are functioning properly. Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop advanced technical solutions in the financial industry. Lead and collaborate with IT and Business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end-to-end technical solutions. Perform complex coding to written technical specifications. Test the resulting coding components in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans. Investigate, analyze, and document reported defects, raising issues as appropriate. Analyze runtime profiles to debug errors that may exist. Solve complex defects that arise through own work or the work of others. Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects. Requirements Minimum 8 years of software development experience. Minimum 3 years of experience leading Agile teams. Banking or financial services experience preferred. Experience with legacy modernization initiatives. Experience integrating legacy platforms with APIs and modern applications. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Java/.NET. Experience with REST APIs. Knowledge of event-driven architecture. Experience with OpenShift. Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle. Cloud exposure (Azure preferred). Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
