- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the land title industry is required.
- College Degree and Juris Doctorate Degree required.
- Member of Maryland Bar, Title Insurance License, and Notary Public
- Must have an understanding of title operations, underwriting and state guidelines.
- Clears and resolves curative matters
- Reviews commitments for accuracy
- Assists processors with questions regarding curative matters
- Answers client questions pertaining to title insurance
- Reviews underwriting bulletins and disseminate information to other employees
- Reviews and draft deeds
- Drafts contracts for new clients
- Conducts settlements
- Experience with Qualia is a plus
- Salary commensurate with experience and industry standards
