Job Description Job Description Job Description Role and Responsibilities Create and process invoices to customers in multiple systems Troubleshoot billing issues & contact customers to resolve Assist Customer Service Team with follow up and issue resolution Adhere to company policies and procedures Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned or needed.
