Shifts: Days 7AM - 7PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This position involves providing care to patients with MI, CHF, Arrhythmias, PVD, and some med-surg overflow, in a supportive and dynamic work environment. The nurse will manage cardiac drips, though not nitrate.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry

BLS certification from AHA required
ACLS certification from AHA required
RN License in state of employment or compact
