Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

We’re hiring board‑certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Review medication and medical history and perform a physical evaluation at the health plan member’s home. Use a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each assessment; do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Compensation & Schedule Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment). Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Earn additional compensation via our pay‑per‑test model for visits where the health plan member qualifies for additional diagnostic and preventive tests. Shifts available Monday – Sunday (no nights or weekends required). Short‑term or long‑term basis with pre‑scheduled in‑home visits. Availability incentives based on weekly availability. Qualifications Board‑certified nurse practitioner. State license required; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred. Independent contractor with 1099 status. Benefits Malpractice coverage. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility). Flexible schedule and independent contractor status. Availability incentives.
