Insight Global is seeking a Regional EHS Manager for one of their clients in the manufacturing industry. This individual will partner closely with plant leadership across multiple facilities to drive environmental, health, and safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a culture of continuous improvement. On a day-to-day basis, they will travel to manufacturing plants, conduct site audits, evaluate safety and environmental programs, assist with incident investigations, and help implement corrective actions. The Regional EHS Manager will analyze performance metrics, monitor compliance requirements, lead emergency response readiness efforts, and provide guidance to facility leadership teams on EHS best practices. They will also support sustainability initiatives and help integrate corporate EHS strategies across all assigned locations. This role requires someone who enjoys being in plant environments, building relationships, and influencing teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities across numerous facilities, and comfortable balancing both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. This is a remote position with 50-70% travel throughout the assigned region including but not limited to Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Illinois, Utah, or Idaho.
