About the Role:

We are a real estate media company looking for a versatile, highly reliable, and positive Real Estate Photographer to join our field operations team, as well as assist with day-to-day operations such as client outreach, and filming the owner for social media.

We hire for character, work ethic, and attitude—not a resume.

In this role, you will represent our brand on-site, and in communications. Part of your daily responsibilities will involve taking photos, capturing video, and working with software such as a CRM, Google products (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.), and custom. Zero prior photography or videography experience is required, but is highly favorable. We still provide complete, hands-on training from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to local sites (homes/construction sites/commercial locations) to perform on-site media captures (photos, short videos, or outreach).
• Interact professionally with all clients.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, charged, and prepared for daily tasks.
• Follow our standard operating procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Communicate efficiently with our central team regarding daily schedules and project updates.
• Work with company software such as a CRM, or Google Products (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
• Smartphone with dependable cellular access.
• Punctual, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Positive attitude and zero ego—you bring energy and solutions to the table every day.

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay: $20-$25/hr (depending on experience)+ gas compensation.
• Paid Training (after you complete an initial screening): We train you fully in professional photography, drone operation, and video capture, as well as sales.
