You will partner with the General Manager to guide the crew, keep things running smoothly, and boost sales. Crew Chiefs receive training for different jobs and can advance within the company. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the General Manager to ensure consistent revenue growth, increasing guest count and improving performance metrics such as core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus. Coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience. Lead by example, building team engagement and efficiency. Develop teammates through our internal training program, providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction. Ensure quality control measures and processes are consistently followed. Perform inventory management, cash handling processes, and address guest issues and concerns. Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls. Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence. Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and Customer Service Associates. Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is absent. Build and maintain an engaged workforce aligned with customer volume and business needs. Lead daily team huddles and store meetings, setting the direction for achieving business goals. Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs. Adhere to and hold others accountable to all rules and regulations for a safe and productive work environment. Assist guests with questions and needs in person, electronically, or via telephone. Requirements One to three years of retail management experience. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups. Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry. Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that increase sales and service results. Positive, helpful attitude, professional conduct, and appearance always. Energetic in a fast‑paced, flexible, high‑performance retail environment. Guest‑first mindset. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Physical ability to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in environments with hot/cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
