• Work a Monday to Friday schedule with a flexible option of 3 days on and 1 day off.
• Manage a patient load of 15 to 18 individuals daily.
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient oncology practices.
• Handle 80% oncology cases, including bone marrow biopsy procedures.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation.
• Provide inpatient coverage only during call weeks.
