Job Description As the Project Manager – Healthcare Interiors, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a critical role in delivering multiple healthcare interior projects from preconstruction through close‑out. You Will Lead healthcare interior projects typically valued between $2M-$3M+ Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships end‑to‑end Coordinate with hospital stakeholders on active, occupied healthcare environments Oversee project planning, procurement, and cost controls to ensure margin targets Drive quality, safety, and compliance standards on all sites Act as a client-facing representative for major healthcare systems Position yourself for progression into a Project Executive role within 2-3 years The Successful Applicant 7+ years of experience delivering healthcare interior construction projects Proven track record managing $3M+ projects in hospitals or outpatient medical facilities Background with large, well‑known general contractors preferred Strong knowledge of healthcare interiors, infection control, and occupied renovations Excellent communication and leadership skills with clients and project teams Ability to thrive in a small, fast‑growing organization with high visibility Experience using industry‑standard project management and cost control software What’s On Offer Base salary: $115,000 – $140,000 Opportunity to join a small firm with significant growth momentum Clear, accelerated path to Project Executive within 2-3 years Direct exposure to senior leadership and healthcare clients Immediate hiring process with no candidates currently in process MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
