Interior Design Project Coordinator - Atlanta Gallery

Summary Project Coordinators support RH Lead Designers by owning key phases of the interior design project lifecycle and delivering a luxury client experience. This role coordinates consultations and site visits, maintains comprehensive project documentation, and manages client communications from order placement through delivery and installation. The coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project schedules, timelines and quality standards are met within the Gallery. Responsibilities Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation Coordinate initial project phases, including consultations and site visits with RH Interior Designers Serve as primary client liaison after project completion from order placement to delivery and installation Ensure project schedules and timelines are met and communicate status to stakeholders Work cross-functionally across teams and represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication and appearance Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery Requirements Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred Proven success coordinating concurrent projects; highly organized and relationship-driven Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google Applications and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Ability to lift/mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces; licensed to drive and ability to travel locally or out of state preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
