The Coordinator works on site and is responsible for maintaining schedule, budget and quality standards for a single job. Responsibilities Coordinate and track all Requests for Information (RFI) and design inquiries. Identify, track and expedite all shop drawings, submittals and correspondence. Monitor delivery of all materials to the project site, ensuring compliance with contract documents and approved shop drawings. Maintain change‑order documentation and report to the Project Manager. Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with supervising and coordinating subcontractor field installation. Create monthly schedule updates and distribute to development, subcontractors and vendors. Develop and maintain project status and progress reports, including RFI logs, submittal logs and material trackers. Track and manage close‑out documentation including warranties, operations and maintenance manuals and as‑built drawings. Ensure all site personnel have the most current drawings and documents. Participate in project meetings, take minutes and distribute meeting records to all team members. Review design documents and submittals to confirm completeness and coordination. Apply a three‑phase quality control program: pre‑installation meeting, first installation verification and ongoing observations. Engage manufacturers and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) proactively to incorporate requirements timely. Work side‑by‑side with the Construction Team and Safety Manager to maintain a safe work site for all employees, subcontractors and the public. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and report as required by the company’s Safety Program. Maintain communication and cooperation according to company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance property performance and productivity. Keep current with industry technology, leasing, sales tools and best practices through ongoing training and information sources. Perform other duties assigned as needed.
