Job Description
Customer Service Rep - Sales Join a fast-paced team in Grand Island, NE as a Customer Service Representative and help keep customer orders moving by supporting the sales team with accurate order processing, part identification, and exceptional customer service. Job duties include:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Support the sales team by creating and completing customer orders.
- Identify and select the correct parts and components based on customer needs and product specifications.
- Enter and maintain accurate order information in company systems.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding order status, product availability, and order changes.
- Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before processing.
- Maintain organized customer and order records.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
