Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant – Auto Parts & eCommerce

Titans Auto Parts LLC is looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated individual to help grow our expanding e-commerce auto parts business. No automotive experience is required—we'll train the right person. If you enjoy staying organized, learning new skills, and taking on responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

• Part-time
• 15–20 hours per week during the first 2–3 weeks
• Opportunity to increase to up to 30 hours per week based on performance and business needs
• Flexible daytime hours
• Approximately 80% in person and up to 20% remote after training, based on performance and reliability

Compensation

• Paid at minimum wage during training
• Guaranteed $22/hour during your first month after training
• Guaranteed $25/hour after your first month , provided performance expectations are met
• Performance-based commission opportunities available as responsibilities grow

Responsibilities

• Manage daily eBay orders from start to finish
• Maintain and organize Excel spreadsheets and business records
• Create UPS and USPS shipping labels
• Contact customers and suppliers by phone and email
• Research auto parts using Car-Part.com and eBay
• Verify vehicle compatibility and part numbers
• Follow up on backorders and shipments
• Keep the office organized and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, and general office operations
• Learn our business systems and contribute to improving daily operations

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Honest, dependable, and punctual
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Maintain confidentiality ( NDA required )
• Meet performance, productivity, and accuracy standards

Preferred (Not Required)

• Administrative or office experience
• Automotive or auto parts knowledge
• Experience with eBay
• Familiarity with Car-Part.com
• Collections or accounts receivable experience
• Business credit knowledge
