What We’re Seeking Current SLP license, with required state certification Experience in schools, supporting elementary, middle, or high school students Skilled at providing 1:1 speech-language services Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptable—ready to support diverse caseloads across varied age groups Record of implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and thorough documentation practices Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop targeted treatment plans for students in regular and special education classrooms Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups, including 1:1 interventions Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress and success across academic settings Participate in IEP meetings, sharing professional insight and recommendations to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and data tracking for each student Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports student self-advocacy and communication skills Enjoy a contract position that offers professional autonomy, opportunities to work across multiple grade levels, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families.
