Workers' Compensation Telephonic Case Manager

Overview Keystone Medical Resources, Inc. is a small California-based company delivering workers’ compensation services with a focus on responsiveness and excellence. Our dedicated team collaborates closely with clients to support employers, claims staff, injured employees, and the medical community. Role: Fully remote California Workers' Compensation Telephonic Case Manager. We are seeking candidates who reside within the United States. You will leverage your medical expertise to assess, plan, evaluate, and implement treatment plans aimed at the injured employee's recovery and timely return to work. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, coordinating medical appointments and ancillary services, and ensuring seamless communication among all parties involved. Ensure clear, timely communication among all parties involved, including employers, claims staff, medical providers, and injured employees. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and protocols is strongly preferred. A California Registered Nursing (RN) license and/or CCM certification is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster productive relationships. Ability to thrive in an independent, remote work environment. Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office programs. Workers' Compensation Case Management experience is preferred.
