Field Linehaul Support Rep

Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum Experience Dispatch experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Time management, organizational and multi‑tasking skills necessary to work in a fast‑paced team environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences. Ability to work productively in team environment and effectively implement operational processes. Knowledge of concepts, practices, procedures and transportation regulations used in Linehaul field operations, including DOT regulations. Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web‑based applications. Job Conditions Job Conditions for the role include a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Pay Transparency Pay range: $20.35 through $31.73. Compensation for the lower level is the range’s lower end and for the higher level is the range’s upper end, subject to experience, market level, location and other factors.
