Business Operations Associate

Focused on revenue, sales, marketing, finance, and people operations, the full-time Business Operations Associate will manage billing and invoicing, CRM hygiene, campaign tooling, and onboarding processes while working remotely within the US. Key responsibilities Oversee revenue operations, including billing, invoicing, and accurate recurring revenue reporting Maintain CRM hygiene and provide pipeline and funnel reporting for the commercial team Streamline onboarding, offboarding, and contractor agreements within people operations Required qualifications Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or economics, or equivalent hands-on finance experience 1 to 3 years of experience in an analytical or finance role, such as investment banking or business operations at a startup Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, with the ability to build financial models Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage multiple operational processes Clear and direct writing skills for effective correspondence
