Senior Principal Software Architect

To shape and guide the architecture of complex systems, the full-time Senior Principal Software Architect will work remotely, focusing on developing architecture strategies and providing hands-on technical leadership across various technology domains in the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities Develop architecture and technical roadmaps in collaboration with engineering, product, and business leadership Communicate architectural strategies and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while ensuring adherence to architecture principles and standards Lead architecture reviews and facilitate resolution of cross-team disagreements, acting as an escalation point for architectural risks Required qualifications Extensive experience in architecture across diverse technology domains, including DevSecOps, Machine Learning/AI, and cloud infrastructure Proven ability to produce measurable improvements in customer outcomes and delivery speed through architectural decisions Strong background in developing and implementing architecture principles, standards, and reference patterns Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on architecture and technology best practices Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across various functions
