Job Title – Financial Analyst

Location - San Diego, CA

Duration – 12+ Months Contract

Client: Medical Device Company

Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)
Work hours: 8am – 5Pm
Hybrid role; remote and onsite. Ideally 1-2 days a week in office (San Diego/West Coast hrs)

3 Must haves on the resume:

5+ years of Financial Analysis, Planning or Accounting experience, demonstrates an ability to communicate up to leadership, strong system/application skills.

Qualifications:
-Undergraduate Degree in Business or Accounting (MBA or CPA a plus)
-5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience. Prior experience in Healthcare Industry a plus.
-Strong system/application skills: SAP, SAP-BPC, Excel, PowerPoint

This contract role will be part of the Pharmacy Automation platform Finance team reporting to the Associate Director of Finance responsible for integration and development of reporting and processes. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and focused on continuous improvement leveraging strong excel, technical, and interpersonal skills to achieve success in critical components of the Pharmacy Automation Finance integration.

Main Responsibilities
o Independently develop reporting to integrate finance support for RapidRx into Parata platform.
o Support reconciliation and development from QuickBooks to Great Plains to BPC consolidations system.
o Reconcile source system (ERP) vs. consolidation system (BPC).
o Work closely between Parata and GSL Finance/Accounting teams and BD Consolidations.
o Maintain account mapping files bridging financials between local ERP (QuickBooks and Great Plains) and Consolidation system (BPC), inclusive of intercompany markup and eliminations.
o Automate the consolidation of detailed financial information from multiple source systems.
o Key finance contributor to integrating functional area spend and headcount reporting into the MMS finance matrix.
o Develop headcount planning and actual headcount tracking models.
o Serve as a supporting finance partner to the Parata and RapidRx platform finance teams.
o Develop detailed revenue and gross margin models supporting analysis by product line and market segment.
o Build model to calculate and track year-over-year pricing improvements.
o Assist in build of sales funnel to revenue forecast modeling.
o Other business partnership and finance activities, as needed by the business.
