Is your nurse to patient ratio hindering your ability to make an impact? Our facility has high ratios of 1 employee per 4 clients, with a maximum client population of 16.
What does this mean for you?
- You will never work "short staffed".
- We encourage time for play and creative rapport building with our clients!
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: 12 hour shifts

We specialize in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to residents with mental health needs. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a supportive environment where our team works collaboratively to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Oversee care staff to ensure tasks are completed/therapeutic interactions are verified.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to residents.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Building rapport with clients through engaging activities such as playing cards, games, and arts and crafts.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed LPN or RN
- Previous experience in an assisted living facility or mental health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
