Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Spokane, WA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Days (7:00–19:00) or Nights (19:00–7:00) | Every other weekend expected | Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting with an expected ratio of 1 RN to 4 patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for emergency department patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards May be expected to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed Complete required modules prior to start and during orientation as part of onboarding Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license —

Compact license must be in hand at time of submission Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience required Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at time of submittal; post-offer requests may not be accommodated Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (may include Charge RNs or Leads) Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; locals within 50 miles may be considered at an adjusted rate Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting Familiarity with high-acuity emergency department workflows and patient populations Experience working within a large health system or multi-facility environment Why Join Us
