Legal Office Services Associate

Location: Orlando, FL Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary: We're seeking a professional, dependable Office Services Associate to support daily office operations in a legal environment. This is a hands-on role that includes copy/print services, mail processing, and conference room support. Candidates should have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a polished, business-professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office copy and print requests
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Set up conference rooms and assist with laptop/conference call technology
• Operate office equipment, including copiers, printers, and postage machines
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Provide excellent customer service to office staff and visitors
• Remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the day

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a legal office environment strongly preferred
• Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Technical aptitude with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and mail procedures
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
