Production Associate

Job Details: Job Location: Hanover, PA 17331 Production Associate | Hanover, PA | Full Time Print-O-Stat is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on production work with administrative, front desk, and customer service responsibilities. The Production Associate will support daily production operations while assisting customers and providing general branch support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn new processes and equipment. What You'll Do: Support daily production activities and assist with completing customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare, organize, and process materials for production, including printing and scanning as needed Assist with general production tasks and equipment, with training provided Review customer requests and orders to ensure accuracy and completeness Welcome visitors, assist walk-in customers, and answer incoming calls Provide responsive and courteous customer service, including troubleshooting and resolving customer needs Process print-related requests and perform general administrative duties, including filing, mail distribution, and data entry Maintain office supplies, production areas, and general work areas in an organized manner Deliver completed orders to clients as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of two years of experience in production, print, office administration, customer service, or a related field Previous production or hands-on work experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds Prior print room or print production experience is a plus Why Join Us: Hands-on opportunity to develop production and operational skills On-the-job training and opportunities to learn new processes Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Competitive compensation and benefits package Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout production and office areas Ability to sit and work at a computer as needed Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds Ability to make local deliveries as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Print-O-Stat, Inc.
