We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative with a strong background in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) or the aerospace industry to join our Grand Prairie team. Competitive health benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your loved ones 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and generous company match Annual performance bonuses Ongoing professional development, training, and exposure to advanced aerospace technologies Diverse, collaborative work environment: blend of office and operational engagement Global impact with local opportunity for career advancement What You’ll Do: Act as the primary liaison for aerospace/MRO customers, managing the full lifecycle of repair orders and aftermarket support Respond to inquiries regarding MRO services, spare parts, quotes, pricing, lead times, and order status Process orders, RFQs, and repair requests accurately and efficiently in SAP and CRM systems Coordinate with logistics, planning, repair shops, and quality teams to ensure timely, high-quality fulfillment of customer requirements What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MRO operations, aerospace aftermarket, or aerospace logistics (required) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, aviation management, engineering, or equivalent work experience Experience managing customer accounts and resolving complex technical issues within the aerospace sector Proficient in ERP/CRM software (SAP strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office tools Solid knowledge of incoterms, international trade compliance, and export control Strong attention to detail and organization; able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure Collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Basic technical knowledge of aircraft components is a plus Occasional travel (up to 5%) between Grand Prairie, TX, and other sites Split office/operations work environment Ability to lift up to 10 lbs may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr Safran Electronics & Defense, Avionics USA, LLC.
