Job Description We’re looking for a Product Designer to define how marketers work with an AI agent team across the entire growth cycle—from planning and creative production to campaign execution, performance analysis, next-best-action recommendations, and continuous iteration. Responsibilities Map and design the full marketing loop: plan → make creative → launch → learn from performance → get recommendations → iterate fast. Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive experiences with strong craft across interaction, visual, and systems design Proactively bring ideas to the table and shape product direction Articulate and defend design decisions clearly to stakeholders Collaborate closely with engineers to ship features Build and contribute to our design system Work in weekly sprints with fast turnaround Preferred Qualifications You May Be a Good Fit If You Have Shipped complex products where the problem was fuzzy and the direction wasn’t fully defined—and you can clearly explain how your decisions shaped the product (not just the UI). A background in marketing is a big plus. If you’ve actually run campaigns (yes, clicked buttons in Ads Manager and watched the CPMs do their thing), even better.
