This is not a theory-based role. You’ll be coaching execution. You’ll establish demanding standards, maintain accountability, and challenge students to deliver work that meets real-world criteria. What You Will Be Doing Create and facilitate hands‑on workshops (40% of your time) covering entrepreneurship, financial literacy, personal branding, and other practical domains; leveraging your professional background. Provide 1:1 coaching (60% of your time) as students execute real projects across domains like business ventures, marketing initiatives, and software products, using targeted questions to identify obstacles and drive measurable advancement. Maintain rigorous standards for confidence, communication, and capability; stepping in when performance declines and establishing concrete commitments during each session. Train students in the effective use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content generation, refinement, and efficiency. Maintain direct communication with students and parents regarding progress, development gaps, and action items. What You Won’t Be Doing Conducting conventional lectures or following standardized curricula. Evaluating large volumes of homework or emphasizing abstract theoretical concepts. Supporting disengaged students or compromising standards for the sake of comfort. Working within a slow‑moving, bureaucratic educational structure. Head Of Brand Marketing Key Responsibilities Produce measurable advancement in students’ confidence, communication, and practical capability by coaching them to execute consistently at a demanding level. Basic Requirements Documented history of significant personal achievement in at least one practical domain: launching a company, building an audience, generating revenue, publishing research, competing at an elite level, or equivalent. Verified ability to coach teenagers through resistance or evasion. 3+ years of experience coaching/mentoring teenagers. Direct, transparent communication style: confident presenting to groups and providing candid feedback to teenagers and parents. Technical fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). Available to work on-site in Austin, TX. Relocation support is provided. Authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
