Key Responsibilities Greet and manage clients with a high level of service and awareness Handle phones, emails, and appointment scheduling Coordinate stylist schedules and manage last-minute changes Process payments and maintain front desk organization Support overall salon flow to ensure a seamless client experience What We're Looking For Quick thinker with strong multitasking ability Highly organized with attention to detail Upbeat personality Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Able to receive feedback, adjust quickly, and remain solution-oriented Flexible schedule, including weekends Reliable, loyal, and team-focused Professional communication and presentation Experience in hospitality, luxury service, or a client-facing role is a strong plus. Seasonal Requirement During the summer months, this role includes travel to Bridgehampton up to 4 days per week. Company housing (optional), transportation, and expenses are provided.
