Territory Sales Representative

Job Description We are a growing company and are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves interfacing with independent specialty retailers to consistently increase sales and drive company revenue. Additional Perks Commissions start right away. Existing book of business of 150+ active accounts. Start-up salary is provided. No weekends. Employee‑owned; you will become a stockholder. After your start‑up period this becomes a 100% commission position with unlimited income potential. The income listed is what this territory has generated. Responsibilities Travel to independent specialty retail stores and visit owners and buyers. Present and sell multiple manufacturers’ products to new and existing customers. Prospect and contact potential new customers. Reach agreed‑upon sales goals by the deadline. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Set follow‑up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments. Build relationships to create lifelong customers. Qualifications Previous experience in outside sales. Familiarity with CRM platforms. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong presentation and closing skills. Deadline and detail‑oriented. Willingness to travel daily and meet with customers at their retail stores.
